Our experience running startups has taught us a lot about what makes a good business. Since we've been active in the London startup scene for over 7 years, we've come to meet a lot of great founders, who share their decks with us.
We set up this syndicate for 2 reasons:
- We want to support these founders with access to capital (and, where relevant, what we've learned from our own experience).
- We want to make angel investing into otherwise private deals accessible for more people, particularly S/EIS deals. The immense tax benefits of these investment schemes isn't understood by enough people.
